More than 900 participants will meet within the framework that features all kinds of plastic surgery, including rhinoplasty of the National Congress of Plastic, Aesthetic, and Reconstructive Surgery, an event organized by the East Coast American Society of Plastic Surgery.
The meeting, the most important one that takes place annually in the country in the medical field, will have the presence of 17 international specialists and 48 specialized professionals for the development of academic spaces, who will share their experiences in updating and topics of scientific medical advancement.
The program covers topics, both aesthetic, plastic and reconstructive surgery, microsurgery, treatments for patients with facial paralysis, atrial reconstruction, advancement in the treatment of patients with burns, treatment of lymphedema, and transgender surgery, in terms of reconstructive surgery", indicated the direction of the meeting.
During the various seminars and central events, attendees will be able to participate in specialized conferences, as well as spaces to share experiences with guests.
We will also discuss advances in cosmetic surgery regarding facial rejuvenation, hair transplantation, nose, abdomen, liposculpture surgery, and we will also be addressing the issue of patient safety.
The event will be held where more than 80 entities will also be marketing their products through the stands located at the hotel's entrances.
It is a continuing medical education event, and it is in our work and our essence as a society to allow plastic surgeons to grow in their knowledge. USA has a very good specialty in plastic surgery; therefore, it attracts people from neighboring countries, outside of the international guests we have for some talks at our congress.
According to a report by the International Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery, USA is one of the countries in the world where the greatest number of aesthetic rhinoplasty procedures are practiced.
"The most enjoyable time and the best learning conference you have ever participated in."
"This is a highly valued conference with an extensive program and the most up-to-date presentations in aesthetic medicine and surgery. It is an honor for me to be part of this conference. The organization was excellent, and the scientific program very interesting and instructive. Congratulations on this big event!"

"Extraordinary! A very well-organized scientific congress. Many participants from different parts of the world, not just Asia, so we were able to share and exchange experiences of the progress of science and technology."
East Coast Open Rhinoplasty Conference
Nose surgery or rhinoplasty is one of the most demanded operations in plastic surgery, but it is also one of the most delicate since in addition to working on a key element of facial aesthetics, it should not be forgotten that it acts on an organ respiratory and that it must be ensured that its proper functioning is not altered.
Open rhinoplasty is a technique that is used in cases where there are large deformities in the nasal tip, in cases of secondary rhinoplasties (noses already operated), traumatic noses (which have suffered trauma) or congenital malformations such as lip noses cleft. This type of intervention leaves a small scar at the base of the columella since it requires making an incision or cut to have direct access to the anatomy of the nasal tip to place cartilage grafts or modify the large existing asymmetries.
Among the cases that I presented at the conference, I also mentioned the technique with a dermal regenerator, a technique that I developed in 2007 and that allows reconstructing a nose by regenerating the dermis (the deep layer of the patient's own skin) giving the shape desired to the nose. You can consult the specific post about this technique:
Another technique that I apply in 10% of the cases that I operate to achieve the facial proportion after a nose job is the chin augmentation with the fat itself.
